    Our Duty;

    • Preparing architectural projects of the University’s buildings and facilities within the frame of zoning regulations, preparing the bidding manuals, and presenting them to bidding commission,
    • Conducting pre surveys and assessments before bidding,
    • Checking out the bill of quantities in terms of existing contracts and other aspects, approving them, and following the respective procedure,
    • Following the deficits and modifications in buildings in substantial completion status, and preparing them for final acceptance within specified periods, 
    • Keeping an archive of construction, mechanics, electrical, and other projects of the existing University buildings, and recording all the modifications in these projects,
    • Assembling the respective commission for temporary and permanent approvals, and getting the approval of the commission,
    • Making furniture designs for the University when needed, and preparing furniture biddings,
    • Following the whole licensing procedures of the university about zoning and construction,
    • Preparing the specifications for the services supplied from outside for construction projects and other projects of the University, and preparing the necessary documentation for bidding,
    • Working on expansion and new campus plans of the University,
    • Fulfilling any other duties assigned by the University General Secretariat.
