About Us

Our directorate began its mission since the establishment of the University under the name of Project and Construction Coordinatorship initially, and continued its services under the name of Project and Construction Directorate since 2010. Due to organizational changes in January 2019, the technical staff working under the Technical and Administrative Affairs Directorate have been transferred to the "Project and Construction Directorate" and the Directorate started to continue its activities with its new name as the “Directorate of Construction and Technical Services” since then. Directorate of Construction and Technical Services is in charge of following-up of, and solving all construction work and technical issues at the University.

Up until now, the Directorate has carried out the surveying, project and bidding processes of Block M, dormitory building, Block C, Amphitheater, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design building, School of Foreign Languages building, Tesla Laboratory on campus, and also carried out the controlling services during the construction phase.

Directorate of Construction and Technical Services, with its technical team, provides services with the sense of responsibility applying the latest technology on projects, constructions, repairs and modifications, mechanical and electrical installations, and providing physical structuring complying with regulations to turn our campus to an exemplary institution of higher education.
