Mechanical and Installation Works

Duties:

• Providing daily maintenance and repair of all cooling units.
• Providing daily maintenance and repair of all heating units.
• Providing maintenance and repair of hydrophore and fire equipment system.
• Providing maintenance and repair of all restrooms and plumbing system.
• Providing maintenance and repair of air conditioning unit, ventilator, and fan coil of heating and cooling systems on campus.
• Providing maintenance and repair of split air conditioner systems.
• Providing maintenance and repair of drain pipes of manholes, bathrooms, sinks, and rainwater drainage on campus.
• Providing classroom feasibility.
• Providing the office equipment feasibility in classrooms.
• Providing logistic support for on-or-off campus organizations held by the University.
